Responsibilities:
About the Role:
• We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud-based software programs while confidently managing multi-platform application development projects across Web, Mobile (Android/iOS), and Desktop applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own project setup: define delivery approach, governance cadence, communication plan, and reporting templates.
• Create and maintain:
o Project Plan / Milestone Plan / Release Plan
o Sprint plan, capacity plan, and resource loading
o RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
o Change request (CR) log and impact assessment (scope/schedule/cost)
• Establish and manage project rituals
• Act as the customer SPOC for execution
• Drive technical discovery and technical planning with Solution Architect / Tech Leads
• Ensure solution alignment across:
o Cloud architecture fundamentals (compute, storage, networking, IAM,
monitoring)
o API-first integration (REST, auth basics)
o data design basics (SQL/NoSQL, migrations)
o release and deployment readiness (CI/CD, environments)
• Track and publish delivery KPIs.
• Drive retrospectives and implement process improvements.

• Strong documentation and tracking discipline
Must-Have (Technical Breadth)
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP): environments, IAM basics, networking basics, monitoring
• CI/CD understanding: branching/versioning, build/release pipelines, environment progression
• Integration understanding: REST APIs, auth basics (OAuth/JWT concepts), webhooks/event basics
• Data fundamentals: SQL/NoSQL basics, migration considerations
• Ability to interpret technical signals (logs, deployment issues, incident patterns) and drive closure
